No. You send a link, and they fill in their own delivery details. We never show them to you — not the street, not the city, not the country.
Will they have to pay customs?
No. Your gift is made and delivered inside the UK, so it never crosses a border and there is nothing to pay on arrival.
Do they need an app or an account?
No. The link opens in whatever they already have on their phone. There is nothing to download and nothing to sign up for.
What if they do not accept it?
A gift link stays open for up to three days from when you pay. If it is not accepted in that time, we cancel it and release the hold on your card automatically.
